RETURNS

Our goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. Accessories, handbags, jewelry, swim wear, hats, and special occasion garments are not returnable. Garment returns will be accepted only with Nativa’s prior approval, for store credit only, less shipping. When you receive your items, please inspect them and make sure they meet your expectations. Please notify us by phone or email (MUST BE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE) if you wish to request approval for return of the merchandise and the specific reason for return. Returns must first be approved by Nativa via email. Returns received without prior written approval from Nativa via email will be refused. Sales receipt, documentation regarding the sale, and the return approval email documentation from Nativa must be included in the return package. We specify item condition of each item and provide verified measurements of each item on our website, therefore these are not valid reasons for return. Return items must be in the exact condition as sent with all hang tags attached and received within seven (7) days of receipt. The condition and acceptance of the returned merchandise will be determined at the sole discretion of Nativa. We inspect, photograph items and document item condition before shipping. Nativa will issue a store credit gift card via USPS mail. Store credit must be used within one (1) year of the date of issue upon Nativa’s receipt and acceptance of returned merchandise. To redeem store credit for online items at www.nativashop.com, you may contact us to make your selections and shipping arrangements. The Buyer is responsible for any return postage, shipping insurance and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable, no exceptions. No returns or exchanges on special orders.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
